Why am I not seeing any data?

If your device is already provisioned with the meter, then make sure that the device is as close to your meter as possible. There shouldn’t be any major interferences in between the device and meter (eg, thick wall, metal, etc.). If the device isn’t already provisioned, please contact your Utility by providing them with your Utility Utility account number, home address, and MAC and IN ID of your EAGLE-200.
