The device gets into a status of rejoining when it loses connection with the meter but it tries to reconnect. There are two ways to approach this issue:
1. Power cycle the device and see if the device reconnects successfully to the meter.
2. Apply a "soft reset" to the device:
- Press both buttons on the right down at the same time for 1 second.
- Once done that, select the option "Reset"
Once this is done, the device should be able to reconnect to the meter.
